KNI Bazaar

Date/Time: Saturday, March 16, 11am - 2pm

This year, we will have a larger-than-ever Craft Corner with one-of-a-kind handmade craft items (i.e., tote bags, hair accessories, pouches, acrylic sponges, handmade soap, etc.). While the grownups are busy shopping, the kids will get to play games to win prizes or dress up with temporary tattoos at the Kids Corner. Also, thanks to several corporate donations, all new Sanrio products, food and snacks will also be available for sale.

To those who have already signed up to volunteer at this event, thank you very much. To those who have yet to sign up, please check out the sign up sheet at school to find out how you can help. We are still looking for volunteers to help cashier, donate food, bake sale, and rental items. Your help will be much appreciated.

Donation items will be accepted until Saturday, March 2, however, please feel free to contact knibazaar@gmail.com for any additional items you found after the deadline or for large items like furniture pieces that need special delivery.

We encourage you to invite your friends and family to come to this event, and look forward to seeing you.

Akirasan’s Cooking Class

Date/Time: Wednesday, March 13, 8:45 am - 11:30am

We are pleased to announce that we have met the maximum number of participants (25) and will be logging additional names on a waiting list. If you must cancel, please contact Mai Noguchi Liu (mainoguchiliu@gmail.com) by March 6th, so that we will be able to pass the spot on to those on the waiting list. Please understand that a refund won’t be available after March 7th unless you find a replacement for your spot on your own.

Fundraising

☆ Apple Mountain
You should have received the Apple Mountain’s catalogue from the school by now. This will be our first attempt to use this company and we would love for you to enter as many orders as you can. All orders are due by Saturday, March 9th.

☆ T-shirt sale
We will sell KNI T-shirts for the second time this school year just in time for Sports Day. Order forms will be handed out before spring break. Sample shirts from the past and donated recycled shirts will also be on sale.
The order forms will be distributed on March 18th and orders are due by April 13 (TBD).

☆ Scrip
Order forms are scheduled for distribution on April 15th. This will be a great gift option for your kids’ teachers at their local schools.
