1: 2010 Parents Association General Meeting and Special Lecture2: e-Scrip Online Mall New!!
Class Mothers got together at the first Class Mother Meeting on Wednesday, September 22nd.
We would like to announce the candidates for the new board members as follows.
New board members will be officially elected upon the approval from KNI parents at the General Meeting on Thursday, October 14th.
President - Kaeko Sherman
Vice Presidents - Masako Kikekawa, Rosanna Kuwata
Recording Secretary - Kazue Adachi, Michiko Hartzberg, Maki Hirano
Treasures - Atsuko Wiles, Izumi Dewan
*New committee members are still being recruited through sign-up poster posted at the left hand side of the KNI Entrance. We appreciate if each family could join a committee.
*We would like to express our deep appreciation to those who have volunteered to be Class Mothers.
We hope that this school year will be a fun year for both parents and our children.
2010 Parents Association General Meeting and Special Lecture
2010 Parents Association General Meeting and Special Lecture will be held at the church hall from 9.30 am to 11.00 on Thursday 14th, October.
General Meeting Agenda
1) Introduction and Approval of New Board Members for 2010
2) Budget Proposal for 2010 from a new treasurer and Approval from Parent Association Members
3)Announcement of Parents Association Activity Plans for 2010 by new President
This year's lecture will be on "Effects of the diet on a child future."
The information you are getting from this lecture may change your family's diet…
PTA needs at least a third (or more) of all Parent Association Members' votes in person or by proxy for the authorization of new board members and other issues discussed at the meeting. Therefore we are asking all Parents Association members to turn in the general meeting RSVP form (or proxy if you are not attending).
IMPORTANT
General Meeting RSVP/Proxy form is due on Saturday, October 9th.
Please turn in your form in the blue collection box located next to Attendance Sheets or submit it to Class Mothers .
