Volunteers for Events, Translations, and Photographs

In addition to the introduction of all PTA and Class mothers, let us introduce all of the volunteers for this school year as follows.

Thank you very much for all of the volunteers.

Events Volunteers

Christmas Event Team: Reiko Williams (leader), Eri Koppers, Chieko Kato, Sachie Tanuma, Chikako Hyou.

Mochi Pounding Event Team: Kiko Gaddes (leader), Kimie Yamamoto, Naomi Monma, Chieri Bisshop, Mie Asai(supervisor), Yoko Pierce (supervisor)

Sports Day Event Team: Tomomi Itaya(leader), Ai Murdock, Ai Mortimer-Lamb, Luna Cariaga, Tomoko Murphy, Namiko Samhart.

Translation Volunteers

Kumiko Hakushi (translation coordinator), Yuki Inoue, Rei Young, Naoko Okamaoto, Hiroko Ryerson, Yoshie Hagiwara, Junko Yusin.

From Events Teams

Time flies so fast. It’s already November. Two of the three biggest school events are the “Christmas Event” in December, and the “Mochi Pounding Event” in January. Event helpers have already started to get ready for these up coming events.

We believe in those who are going to volunteer have received confirmations through e-mail about a month ago.

Let’s gather all our energy up and make these events the most unforgettable events ever for our children!

We will be asking you for donations on Christmas and Mochi Pounding events.

There will be a sign up sheets next to the attendance sheet. Please help us out and sign up.

Please let your class mothers know if you have any advice or suggestions or any ideas. Please help us out and make it very fun events.

From the Fundraising team

As soon as the new school year began, we introduced 3 different fundraising items to you. It felt a little bit too rushed, wasn’t it?

We did it because each one had those wonderful items for the coming holiday seasons. However, it was almost too much so we will slow down a little bit from now on.

We have all the items from your Apple Mountain and T-shirts orders ready for pick up.

Kids Art items will be ready in December for pick up. Thank you very much for all your cooperation.
