Parents Association News

September 2011

Parents Association has started with its new members this school year.
We would like to announce that new board members were approved
by the parents in attendance at the orientation meeting on September 10th. Also, new Class Mothers have been recruited at the ceremony
on the first day of school.
Class mothers will serve with Board Members for the school and children. Please do support our Class Mothers and Board Members by joining them whenever and wherever you can in many of our volunteer opportunities to show your appreciation of their hard work.

* Class Mothers' meeting will be held every second Wed. of the month
starting October in the Piano room.

Important Notice:

-Please submit “Volunteer Sign-Up sheet” by Friday, Sept. 23rd.
You will find the box to submit this form at the table where you sign in
for your child at drop off/pick up time.
-Forms from the school that you are required to complete MUST be submitted
before the end of September.
-Please label all of your child’s belongings with your child’s name.
-Please make sure YOU (a parent/caregiver) close the school gate.
-Please remember to sign in with your full name at both drop off and pick
up time.
